Rizwana Halepoto joined Engro Vopak and Elengy Terminals in April 2021 as Manager Human Resources & Admin.

With 13 years of Engro residency in HR function, Rizwana brings with her thorough command on all relevant streams. She was one of the first females to be hired at Engro Energy Limited. Her hard work and passion has been a catalyst in spearheading some of the flagship programs at Energy Vertical such as Women Dump Truck Drivers Program, Khushaal Thar and Thar Trainee Engineers Program. Moreover Rizwana was the key driver in designing and transforming the HR framework for Thar Foundation. Her excellent stakeholder management has helped her in providing good staffing support as well as maintaining high engagement levels of the company. She completed her MBA with majors in Marketing from Institute of Business Administration.
