Rida is the Head of HR and Communications at Engro Vopak & Elengy Terminal Limited. She is a strategic HR leader with nearly a decade of experience and has contributed her expertise to renowned organizations including Engro Energy, Shell Pakistan, and, most recently, Engro Fertilizers.She specializes in talent management, culture building, change management, and capability development. She received an Excellence Award for her work on the people transition at Engro Powergen Qadirpur (EPQL).During her tenure as Head of Learning and DEI, she led impactful hiring and internship programs, with a strong focus on creating opportunities for differently abled individuals and women in STEM.

Rida holds a Bachelor’s in Political Science from LUMS.
