Ruhail Muhammad

Engro Vopak Terminal Limited & Engro Elengy Terminal Limited

Mr. Ruhail Mohammed was appointed to the Board of Directors of EVTL in 2012 and was appointed as its Chairman in April 2017. He is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Engro Fertilizers Ltd. Prior to his current position, he was the Chief Financial Officer of Engro Corporation Ltd. and also the Chief Executive Officer of Engro Powergen Ltd.

Mr. Mohammed has 25 years of financial and commercial experience and prior to becoming CEO has worked in areas such as treasury, commodity and currency trading, derivatives, merger and acquisitions, risk management, strategy and financial planning. He has worked in these areas in Pakistan, UAE and Europe. He is on the Boards of several Engro entities as well as the Hub Power Company Ltd.

He holds an MBA degree in Finance from the Institute of Business Administration Karachi, and is also a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Jahangir Piracha
Chief Executive Officer
Engro Vopak Terminal Limited & Engro Elengy Terminal Limited

Mr. Jahangir Piracha was appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of Engro Vopak Terminal Ltd. (along with Elengy Terminal Pakistan Ltd. and Engro Elengy Terminal (Pvt.) Ltd.) in March 2017. He was previously the Chief Executive Officer of Engro Powergen Qadirpur Ltd. Prior to this he was Vice President Manufacturing at Engro Polymer & Chemicals Ltd. He has previously worked as General Manager Human Resource & Corporate Services, also with the same company. His previous assignments with Engro were as the Production Manager and HSE Manager at Engro Fertilizers Ltd. Prior to joining Engro in September 1994, he worked for ICI Pakistan Ltd.

Mr. Piracha holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Engineering and Technology, Lahore, Pakistan.

Nadir Salar Qureshi

Nadir Salar

Mr. Nadir S. Qureshi joined Engro Corporation Ltd. as Chief Strategy Officer in 2017 and was appointed to the Board of Directors of EVTL in March of the same year.

Mr. Qureshi began his career with Engro as a Business Analyst and then moved on to organizations such as Hub Power Company, Bain & Company, Carrier Corporation and Abraaj Capital, leading up to his role as Chief Investment Officer at Makara Capital in Singapore. He brings with him expertise in multiple sectors across the GCC, Turkey, Australia, India, ASEAN and the EU. He is also experienced in consulting, private equity and finance.

Mr. Qureshi completed his MBA from Harvard Business School, and his Bachelors and Masters degrees in Nuclear Engineering from MIT.



K.P. Aldridge (Wong Keng Pheng)

Mrs. K.P. Aldridge was appointed to the Board of Directors of EVTL in 2017. She joined Vopak in 2012 and currently serves as the Finance Director for the Asia & Middle East Division. She brings with her over 30 years of finance experience, half of which is in financial management, with regional exposure, for multinational companies headquartered in Singapore.

Mrs. Aldridges vast portfolio includes driving operations, strategic planning, risk management, mergers, divestments, tax, treasury, legal and controllership functions. In her current position, Mrs. Aldridge is overall responsible for finance and legal functions in the Asia and Middle East region. Prior her joining Vopak, Mrs. Aldridge was the Financial Director of Unilever Asia and the CFO of Bluescope Steel Asia.

Mrs. Aldridge holds a FCPA Australia certification and a Bachelor in Accounting (Hons) from the University of North London, UK.


Mr. Ismail Mahmud

Mr.†Ismail Mahmud has been with Vopak for 18 years. Since 2011, he has been working as Director for Vopaka chemicals business at its headquarters in Rotterdam, the Netherlands and is currently responsible for sales, marketing and commercial activities for all chemical-related storage activities at Vopak.†His experience in logistics and tank storage services spans over multiple regions with specific focus on Industrial Terminaling, and he leads one of Vopakas core strategies in this service market segment.He also serves as a Board Member of Chemtank - Jubail Chemicals Storage & Services Co Ltd. and Sabtank Terminal Services Company and is a member of the Advisory Board Supply Chain Program Committee of the European Petrochemical Association.

Prior to this role, Mr. Mahmud was located in Singapore for 10 years, where he held the positions of Commercial Director for Vopak Asia and Managing Director for Singapore. Prior to joining Vopak, he worked for 3 years as CFO and Commercial Manager of Engro Vopak Terminal Ltd. and for 8 years with Engro Corporation Ltd. (previously Engro Chemical Pakistan Ltd.).†

Mr. Mahmud holds a degree in mechanical engineering from Lehigh University, USA and also an MBA in Finance from St Josephs University, USA.


Mr. Dick MeursDick J.M. Richelle

Mr. Dick J.M. Richelle was appointed to the Board of Directors of EVTL in 2017. He became the President of Vopak Asia in July 2016. Based in Singapore, Mr. Richelle brings with him over 20 years of experience in storage business with Vopak. In his current role, Mr. Richelle heads the Asia region for Vopak which stretches from India to South Korea to Australia, across eight countries excluding China.

In 2009, Mr. Richelle became President for Vopak North America which later merged with Vopak Latin America into Vopak Americas in 2013. Mr. Richelle began his professional career in 1995 at one of the predecessors of Vopak. He has held several management roles during his tenure including in Brazil, Mexico and in the Netherlands, with the last role as the Managing Director for Vopak Oil Rotterdam.

Mr. Richelle holds a degree in Business Economics from Erasmus University, Rotterdam.


Javed Akbar


Mr. Javed Akbar has a Masterís degree in Chemical Engineering and has experience in the fertilizers and petrochemical industry with Exxon in the USA, Canada and Pakistan. He retired from Engro in 2006 and established a consulting company providing strategic insight and support to the energy, fertilizer and petroleum sectors. Mr. Akbar sits on the Boards of several Engro entities as well as the Hub Power Company Ltd. and is a member of energy experts group at Government of Pakistan and at Sindh Environmental Protection Agency.
